my group, the green turtles, found a painted turtle on one of our hikes. he was really cool and fast.. a lot more colorful, frisky, and flat than eastern box turtles. the only turtles i have found on hikes so far have been eastern box turtles, so it was really neat to see this one. check out yuna.. she does not look happy about that turtle. she really loved it though! i promise!
